All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.
You'll get a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships.
Note: Orders placed after 1 PM will start processing the next business day.

4. Damages, Lost Packages, and Delays
Shopvedo is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, check with your local post office.
